How the night runs

Rd. 1

The Dais

The Roast Master, the host, a headline comedian, and the title sponsor's CEO take the subject apart for a disciplined sixty minutes.

Rd. 2

The Room

The co-main tables get roasted from the stage. Nobody in the front rows is spectating — that is what the seats cost.

Rd. 3

The Flippening

The subject gets the last word. A written, coached rebuttal. Protected, never cut. The crowd leaves quoting them, not us.
